corrosion consulting services to clients in the fields of Oil and Gas, water and wastewater treatment and
transmission, bridges & tunnels, pier, piling & other off-shore marine structures, aqueducts, petroleum refining
and distribution, electric power generation, agriculture industry, municipalities and state and federal government
agencies. Corrosion Integrity, LLC specializes in corrosion mitigation construction services from anode wells,
AC mitigation, rectifier installation, grounding wells, corrosion monitoring systems, and integrity digs.
Construction services range from excavating pipelines performing integrity digs, drilling anode wells, hydrovac to
pipe installing remote test leads, installing rectifier and remote monitoring racks, and specializing in cathodic
protection systems for storage tanks.
With the teams combined engineering experience, we bring over 50 years’ experience designing, performing
corrosion failure analysis, corrosion surveys and troubleshooting, interference studies, selection of materials for
corrosive environments, cathodic protection design, project specifications, and stray current analysis.
Our engineering team is specially trained to perform corrosion assessments on high voltage transmission
towers. With experience in Non-Destructive Testing, the crews assess various steel structures ranging from
lattice transmission towers to pipelines, and storage tanks to calculate the Remaining Useful Life (RUL). Out
team is trained in using Magflux leak detection (MFL), Eddy Current, Ultrasonic Thickness (UT), Pit depth gauge,
and various other Non-Destructive Testing techniques.
With AMPP coating inspectors on staff, Corrosion Integrity provides field inspection services, coating selection,
failure analysis of protective coatings, and condition assessment on various types of assets in multitude of
industries.
Corrosion Integrity has established an excellent and long-standing reputation with many utilities, municipalities,
state and federal government agencies throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, and Washington, for providing
quality corrosion construction and engineering services despite demanding schedules and challenging budgets.
