02 · What we do

Measured first, then designed, then built.

Engineering & assessment

Our engineers perform corrosion failure analysis, condition assessments, corrosion and cathodic protection surveys, interference and stray-current testing, materials selection for corrosive environments, and galvanic and impressed-current CP design.

Technicians trained in non-destructive testing — magnetic flux leakage, ultrasonic testing, eddy current, guided wave and pit-depth analysis — evaluate pipelines, storage tanks and high-voltage transmission structures to establish current condition and remaining useful life.

Construction & installation

As a licensed contractor we self-perform anode well and groundbed installation, rectifier and remote monitoring installation, AC mitigation and grounding systems, corrosion monitoring systems, test stations, integrity digs, pipeline excavation and hydrovac support, and cathodic protection systems for storage tanks.

Because we design and build under one contract, our clients receive a single point of accountability from concept through commissioning.

03 · Core services

Six service lines, one contract.

Rectifier metering test points panel

Cathodic protection engineering & design

Galvanic and impressed-current CP design for pipelines, tanks and plant piping — soil resistivity and current-requirement testing, groundbed and rectifier sizing, solar-powered systems, and specifications to current NACE/AMPP, AWWA and API standards.

Drill rig installing a deep anode groundbed

CP construction & installation

Self-performed installation of deep and shallow groundbeds, anode wells, rectifiers and remote monitoring units, test stations, bonds and isolation, AC mitigation and grounding — with commissioning, criteria verification and as-built documentation.

Integrity dig with direct examination of buried pipe

Pipeline integrity assessment

Close-interval potential surveys, DCVG/ACVG coating surveys, interference and AC-corrosion testing, ECDA, integrity digs with direct examination, and remaining-life evaluation per NACE SP0502, TM0497 and 49 CFR Parts 192/195.

Pit-depth gauge in use during a tank floor assessment

Storage tank inspection & assessment

API 653 and STI SP001 inspections: MFL floor scanning, UT shell and floor thickness, pit-depth mapping and coating condition; interior and exterior CP evaluation and design; corrosion-rate and remaining-life determination.

Close-up of advanced corrosion on a steel surface

Condition assessment & failure analysis

Root-cause corrosion failure analysis, corrosion surveys and troubleshooting, stray-current analysis, materials selection for corrosive environments, and NDT-based condition assessment of pipelines, tanks and HV transmission structures.

Coating assessment at a welded-steel storage tank

Coating inspection & consulting

AMPP-certified coating inspection: specification development, coating selection and substrate-compatibility review including NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 systems, surface-preparation verification, holiday testing and coating failure analysis.

04 · Industries we serve

Four sectors, one failure mechanism.

Steel in contact with an electrolyte corrodes the same way whether it is a potable water reservoir or a nuclear service-water line. What changes is the standard the work is held to, and the consequence of getting it wrong.

Water & wastewater

Transmission mains, welded-steel reservoirs and elevated tanks, treatment-plant piping and clarifiers, pump stations.

Oil & gas

Gathering, transmission and distribution pipelines, terminals and tank farms, compressor and pump stations, to 49 CFR 192/195.

Nuclear

Buried piping and tank integrity support aligned with NEI 09-14 and EPRI guidance — CP evaluation, design and monitoring.

Power generation & transmission

Gas-fired and steam plants, cooling-water and fuel piping, substations and grounding, HV transmission structures.

07 · Customer setup

Everything we need to invoice you.

Four blocks: who you are, who pays, where it ships, and what your risk department needs on the certificate. It is the same information your accounts payable team would ask us for anyway, gathered in one place so neither of us has to chase it halfway through a job.

About ten minutes. Anything you do not have to hand can be left for later — only the fields marked Required hold it up, and none of them is a credit check.

  • You send thisBilling and AP contacts, the ship-to site, and your COI requirements.
  • We read itA person, not the website. Usually the same day.
  • We confirmYour account is opened, the COI is issued, and purchase orders become a checkout option.

Submitting this does not open an account. Net 30 is credit, and no web form should be able to grant it. We read the application and confirm by email before anything changes at checkout.

01Your company

Who we are doing the work for.

02Bill to

Where the invoice goes, and who chases it internally.

03Ship to

Where material and crews actually turn up. Often not the billing address.

04Certificate of insurance

What your risk department needs on the certificate. Getting this right the first time saves a week at the start of the job.

05Documents

Your insurance requirements if you have them written down, and a resale or tax exemption certificate if you hold one. Everything you send here is stored privately and is never published on this site.

    06Payment terms

Net 30 from date of invoice. Invoicing is monthly per task complete. Prices exclude freight and taxes. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Quoted material pricing is based on current market and availability and is subject to change if an order is not placed within 30 days.

Goes straight to our office. We reply with the account details and the certificate of insurance, or with the one question we still need answered.
