Products
Cathodic protection components.
Anodes, reference cells, tank hardware, test stations, splice kits and off-grid power control. Sizing and specification drive price, so we quote most lines rather than list a shelf price — build a list here and we will come back with numbers.
Reference cellsReference Cell — Tanks
Permanent cell for structure-to-electrolyte potential monitoring inside storage tanks and clarifiers.
AnodesMag Rod Anode
Magnesium rod for galvanic systems — tank interiors, small structures and retrofit protection.
AnodesCanistered Wire Anode
Canistered wire anode for deep well and distributed ground beds where soil conditions demand depth.
Reference cellsReference Electrode — Underground
Buried permanent electrode for pipeline potential monitoring and remote monitoring unit inputs.
Power & controlPV DC Current Controller
Solar-driven current control for impressed current systems where grid power is not available.
Tank hardwareGrommet
Sealed cable penetration for tank roofs and hand holes.
Test stationsPhenolic Test Board
Anode current testing and shunt terminations — the point where the system gets measured.
Test stationsSacrificial Test Station
Flush or above-grade station for potential and current testing, opening for access to the terminations.
AnodesTitanium MMO Anode
Mixed metal oxide on titanium. The workhorse impressed-current anode for potable water and wastewater storage tanks.
AnodesSacrificial Mag Anode Bag
Magnesium anode pre-packaged in backfill for direct burial — no external power, sized to the structure and soil resistivity.
Splice kits & sealingScotchcast Resin 4N — Size A
Two-part epoxy insulating and encapsulating resin in a closed mixing pouch. Seals cable splices to 8 kV and generates its own cure heat.
Splice kits & sealingScotchcast Resin 4N — Size B
Two-part epoxy insulating and encapsulating resin in a closed mixing pouch. Seals cable splices to 8 kV and generates its own cure heat.
Tank hardwareClevis Assembly
Anode suspension hardware for tank installations — takes the mechanical load off the anode lead.
Tank hardware1" NPT Pressure Fitting
Male threaded nipple for pressurised penetrations where the cable has to pass through the shell.
Tank hardwareHand Hole Cover Assembly
Access cover with sealed cable entries for tank shells — keeps the penetration serviceable.
Splice kits & sealingScotchcast Resin 4N — Size E
Two-part epoxy insulating and encapsulating resin in a closed mixing pouch. Seals cable splices to 8 kV and generates its own cure heat.
Splice kits & sealing3M 82-A2 Splice Kit
Inline splice kit for mid-range conductors. UL Listed for direct burial and submerged use to 600 V and 90 °C.
Splice kits & sealing3M 82-A3 Splice Kit
Inline splice kit for large conductors. UL Listed for direct burial and submerged use to 600 V and 90 °C.
Splice kits & sealing3M 82-B1 Splice Kit
Tap and branch splice kit for weather-exposed and direct-burial joints, to 5 kV with a solder sleeve or compression connector.
Power & controlOff-Grid PV Pole
Pole-mounted array, enclosure and storage — a complete power package for remote cathodic protection sites.
Your quote list
Send the list, get sized components back.
Add quantities if you know them. If you do not, leave them — the sizing questions below matter far more than the count.
How we size it
Five answers and we can specify the system.
Anode selection is not a catalogue lookup. Current demand is set by the electrolyte and the coating, and anode life is set by the current. These are the inputs we need.
1 — The structure
Material, dimensions and surface area. Buried pipeline, above-grade tank, clarifier, reinforced concrete, submerged steel — each changes the geometry of the current path.
2 — The electrolyte
Soil resistivity in ohm-centimetres, or the water chemistry inside the tank. This single number drives ground bed design more than anything else on the list.
3 — Coating condition
A well-coated line needs a fraction of the current a bare one does. Age, type and known holidays let us estimate the real demand rather than the theoretical one.
4 — Power available
Grid power at the site, or none? No service means an off-grid PV package rather than a conventional rectifier, and that changes the whole current budget.
5 — What is already there
Existing anodes, rectifiers, test stations and any potential readings you have. Retrofitting into a live system is a different problem from a green-field design.
Not sure?
Send what you have. We would rather run a soil resistivity survey and tell you what the ground is than quote a system against assumptions.

We visit the site before we estimate. Send the structure, the environment and what you already know — an engineer will come back to you, not a call centre.
